Refund/Return Policy

SAURAFAM is a platform to marketize the products from growers and farmers. The objective of the portal is to uplift and empower farmers from remote area.

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same refund/return policy.

Fruits and Vegetables ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables, we will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits and veggies in case you miss your slot. Rest of grocery items from SAURAFARM would be delivered through reattempt in case you miss your slot. Once the order confirmed, no refund will be provided for Fruits and Vegetable but our executive may replace it if found appropriate.

Dried and Juice products would be replaceable if found non-usable. 

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the SAURAFARM. Our executive may visit buyer’s place and take appropriate decision in consultation with the buyer.

In case of non-delivery of products from SAURAFARM, 100% refund will be provided.

If you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted delivery, no return request will be processed, except for damages/defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
